The successful bidder will be required to submit a cashiers check, made payable to CITY OF TYLER in the amount of $10,000.00. The check must be delivered to the City Attorney at 212 N. Bonner Ave, Tyler TX, within 48 hours of the ending of the auction. The deposit will be applied to the purchase price at the time of closing. Buyer should close on property purchase no later than the 60th day proceeding the auction. If for any reason the winning bidder neglects to pay, backs out, cannot get the funding, or defaults for any reason, that bidder will forfeit the previously made deposit to the City and no refund will be issued.
