A $500.00 refundable deposit will be required to be paid to Harts Bluff ISD (HBISD). The successful bidder will be required to remove porches, carports, as well as clean up all debris, garbage, blocks, etc., remaining after removal of structure. Once everything is removed and cleaned, and the area is deemed satisfactory by HBISD, the deposit will be refunded.

The successful bidder will NOT be required to remove small storage building if bidder wishes not to. Bidder will need to sign a waiver stating that they have opted not to accept the storage building and they understand that HBISD will dispose of storage building as they see fit.

The successful bidder will have until 7/31/23 to remove all items & cleanup site (removing structure, fixtures included, garbage, blocks, etc.). If items are not removed and the site is not clean by deadline, ownership of structure and fixtures pertaining to, will revert back to HBISD. No refunds or adjustments will be made.
