To be Moved - Building approximately 32' long and 18'4" outside measurements. Front room is approximately  17'2" x 23'2", back room is approximately 7'8" x 14'2", restroom is approximately 2'8" x 7'8". Deck/Porch approximately 14' x 8'2" outside measurements. Garden Tiller, Folding Table, and other miscellaneous items seen in the background of some of the photos will not be included. Meter pole NOT included. 

To be moved within working 30 days. Winning bidder must have appointment and will have county personnel present at all times. No one under the age of 17 will be allowed on premises. Winning Bidder will be responsible for any damages during the removal process. Seller will not assist in any dismantling or removal; buyer will be responsible for all.  A Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement will be required, the county will furnish this document.
