Champion 720A-VHP Articulating Motor Grader. SER: 028274. Cummins 6 cylinder diesel engine. 292 hours showing, NOT CORRECT. Tire size: 14.00-24. Has a 14' mold board and a front mounted ripper (no rippers included). Would crank when checked but had heavy black smoke and the engine made a loud racket while running, but engine would power down when it was put under a load. Was reported to use approximately 1 gallon of engine oil in an eight hour work day. Believed to have unknown engine issues.
