Has a quick attach loader bucket. Was running when listed.  Machine would crank and run, move forward, backwards and turn, but steering handles are not returning to the neutral position. Handles must be held in neutral position to crank and set idle. Machine will try to move while cranking or just idling.  Throttle not hooked up. This item is "Used" and may contain unknown defects.
