8.25% SALES TAX WILL BE INCLUDED ON NOTICES EMAILED FROM OUR OFFICE FOR ITEMS THAT WILL NOT HAVE A TITLE, MSO OR MCO. IF YOU ARE FARM EXEMPT OR FILING RESALE, THE PROPER FORM AND DOCUMENTATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO BIG TEX AND BIG TEX WILL DEDUCT TAX. BIG TEX WILL BE RESPONIBLE FOR COLLECTING & REMITTING TAXES. 

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH BIG TEX TRAILER MFG.

SOME ITEMS WILL NOT HAVE A TITLE, MCO OR MSO. NEITHER BIG TEX NOR AUCTIONEEREXPRESS CAN ASSIST IN GETTING A TITLE FOR THESE ITEMS. SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE DAMAGE OR DEFECTS. PLEASE READ EACH DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING!

IN PERSON INSPECTIONS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM - 4PM & SATURDAY, 8AM to 12PM. Call Randy Domino @ 903-572-1106 for an appointment.

Trailers are subject to Motor Vehicle Sales Tax, Title & other fees. Successful bidder will pay winning bid amount to Big Tex Trailer Mfg. & will be required to pay all Tax & other fees to Big Tex Trailer Mfg. prior to picking up item or when item is picked up. Big Tex Trailer Mfg. will handle ALL paperwork regarding Receipts, Titles, Taxes, Fees & Registration.
