ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH BIG TEX TRAILER MFG.

***Parts & Accessories for motor vehicles are subject to Sales Tax,  even if the vehicle has Farm Tags.***

The successful bidder will pay the winning bid amount to Big Tex Trailer Mfg. & will be required to pay all taxes to Big Tex Trailer Mfg. prior to picking up the item or when the item is picked up. Big Tex Trailer Mfg. will handle ALL paperwork regarding Receipts & Taxes. Any and all discrepancies or disputes will be between the bidder & Big Tex Trailer Mfg. 8.25% SALES TAX WILL BE INCLUDED ON ALL NOTICES EMAILED FROM OUR OFFICE FOR ITEMS. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS INTENDING TO CLAIM RESALE FOR ITEMS, THE PROPER FORM AND DOCUMENTATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO BIG TEX, AND BIG TEX WILL DEDUCT TAX. BIG TEX WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING ALL TAXES. ALL PARTS OF THE RESALE CERTIFICATE FOR BIG TEX MUST BE COMPLETED, INCLUDING WHY YOU ARE CLAIMING THE EXEMPTION.
