How to Bid


Anyone may view our auctions, but only registered bidders can place bids on our online auctions. To register, select the 'Register' button displayed in the upper right hand corner of the homepage. Enter the required information. After submitting your registration form, your will receive a verification email. Plese verify your email. Even though you may receive your bidder number in an email, you will not be approved to bid on auctions until you have received and completed your verification phone call. Verification calls are made in place of charging bid deposits to all bidders in the USA. Please note that it may take up to two (2) business days to recieve your call. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, CST. Verifications calls are not done on weekends or holidays. Please do not wait until right before an auction ends to register for a bidder account.

Select the auction of interest from the homepage. Each auction has different Terms & Conditions, different locations and different points of contact. You must read all information before you bid. When you bid, you are agreeing to the all the terms & conditions for that particular auction. To enter a bid you must be logged in to your account.

Questions About Posted Items

Each auction has a contact person for the seller. If you have any questions about the merchandise being sold, please contact the seller's contact person.

How to Enter Your Bids

You need to begin by selecting the auction that you are interested in viewing. You may click on "Enter Auction" to view the items in each auction. When the bidding for the auction is open you will have the opportunity to enter a regular bid or max bid for each item. You will enter your bid amount and select the type of bid that you wish to place, regular or max.

If you enter a max bid the system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your max bid amount. If someone else has placed a max bid, and you max bid is the higher of the two max bids, the system will put your bid in at the next increment above the other bidder's max bid. If your max bid is less than the other bidder's max bid, the system will make their bid one incremaent higher than your max.

Raising your Max Bid Example:

You originally placed a Maximum Bid amount of $65.00 and now you want to increase the maximum bid to $120.00, all you need to do is submit another max bid for the $120.00. You may raise your max bid, but you may not raise your regular bid if you are already the high bidder.

What if I'm Outbid?

If you are outbid and the auction is still active, the system will automatically send you an e-mail every time you are outbid.

Ending the Auction

Each event will end at a particular time. Nevertheless, we use an auto-extend feature. With this feature, the bidding will maintain open on any item that has received a bid within the last 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes has lapsed without any bidding activity the bidding on the item will be closed. As long as there is bidding activity, an item will continue to extend.

Invoices will be emailed to the email address on your account after every item has ended.

Payment Method

Payments MUST be made by 5:00PM, on the 3rd business day following auction! If payment has not been made by deadline, bidding account may be temporarily deactivated. Any payments not made in full on any auction within 1 week of auction ending will result in bidding account being permanently deactivated.

*Please make sure you send your bidder number with your payment!

Payments can be made in our office Monday-Friday between 9:30AM & 12:00PM and 1:00PM & 5:00PM.

Payment for purchases must be made by one of the following methods;

WIRE TRANSFER (Please include an additional $5) - any purchase $10,000 or more must be made in form of wire transfer (wires will need to include an additional $5) – please call our office for instructions.

POSTAL MONEY ORDER (up to $1,000),

CASH (up to $9,999),

CASHIER'S CHECK, COMPANY CHECK or PERSONAL CHECK (up to $9,999). ALL checks including Cashier’s Checks must have a non-revocable verifiable bank letter of guarantee (Must guarantee NO STOP PAYMENT, have check number on letter, and letter must be guaranteed for up to 14 business days.) Payments that are mailed should be sent priority mail or overnight, with signature required.

NO Credit Cards or PayPal will be accepted. Merchandise will NOT be released until funds are verified. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Note: All auction Items must be paid for within three (3) business days after the auction has closed. We will permanently exclude you from all auctions in the future if prompt payment is not received.
